This is honestly really interesting. Game master isnt powerful enough to stop crime in brockton bay, so he is doing the next best thing by focusing it in specific directions with rules to keep the carnage down. It honestly makes me wonder about the general populations outlook on him. Yes he is bringing chaos to brockton, but he has gotten it somewhat tamed. The moxxie crew are off the streets, the next week should have a minimum of civilian deaths as nobody willw ant to get their gang blacklisted from azmuth games, and the focus will be on getting the tickets, not on stealing killing raping or terrorism.

a good chapter. a lot of info given, Taylor saved and will soon have a friend, Jack finally getting some after all the shit he went through and the MC has set up for major points and power for the future :D nice
