If you did drop him in Dragon Ball, what power level do you think he would be in? My guess is that he would be stronger than Frieza, maybe not quite at Cell levels but close to it. If you take raw weight training Daiki is walking around with 100 tons on each limb, where Goku couldn't lift 20 tons per limb in his base form near the end of DBZ but easily could in Super Saiyan 1. So that is my guess, since Goku fought Cell at the start of the cell games and beat the Cell Jr. at 2.5 and 1.6 billion respectively, I would put base form Daiki's power level around the 2 billion area.

I hope you just send him to Worm or some horrible world where it's impossible for Daiki to be as unbearable during his time in MHA. It's simply impossible for you to write him as unpleasant as in MHA again and for him to be on the level of Saint or the Teacher in terms of jerk/Evil level.
