Japan's age of consent is thirteen, unless that was changed sometime recently. It's also a very modern thing that most countries either ignore or just pay lip service to and historically never existed. Because laws don't dictate biological reality and no one needs a law to tell them when someone is sexually mature or not. They aren't THAT stupid. Age differences are completely irrelevant to adult biology. You don't magically devolve into a child just because someone's a lot older than you.

She thinks "world" but the truth is that their morals are extremely different only from her own society. Most societies are more like Konoha and even in the west very little of what Daiki has done in his life would be considered murder, if any of it. Especially since he's an officially recognized soldier of a nation. She and the "heroes" of her nation are the weird ones, not everyone else.

And they don't have the excuse of being part of some organization launching a sting operation (even though they're actually part of one, but they're not cops). Nor are they soldiers or they shinobi. They are meant to be "heroes". A very different concept.

Also a funny thought. There is an allmighty God out there who created the multiverse and he also created gods that control each one. Each supreme god of each multiverse is nothing more than an avatar that has independent thought and does the day to day while the allmighty God just creates new univeses, constantly expanding his creation.

My only potential contest to this list would be the Olympian Gods, their Divine form is kind of a win button and it has really weird specifics on how to get around it, but at the same time Rick isn’t the most consistent and a demigod survived it so might be a moot point

Bro I am literally dying from that Mozel Tov! Man there are so many verses that he could possibly jump into like yu yu hakusho, the one with Rimuru the badass slime, trigun for sh*ts and giggles, digimon, rising of the shield hero, in another world with my smartphone, Food wars for more giggles, and the hotties in it lol, and so many more old school anime too, hell even bring out the old school turtles the one with the triceratons, or street sharks for fun. There is so much you could do with this story.

Tier 1-Is your standard for most gods, basically city/town destroyer level
Tier 2-Higher than gods of course, all probably at least mountain destroyers/landscape leveling
Tier 3-Widescale destruction that with enough time have the power to possibly destroy worlds/decimate planets
Tier 4-Absolutely capable of destroying worlds i.e planetary level
Tier-5-Beings capable of warping/creating dimensions or realities, most certainly planet destroyers
Tier-6-Beings that can destroy worlds with little to no effort
Tier-7-Well omnipotent kinda says it all, universe creators and the like
Tier-8- The closest being I can attribute this to would be The One Above All in the marvel comics, as he is said to be the origin of everything or perhaps Zeno from dbs, basically universal destroyers/creators
