He could have handled the wand thing better. He could have instead stated he had given his word that wands would be considered, and then implied quite brazenly that if the Wizangamot factions were to find one of their rare moments of common ground in wand use for goblins remaining off the table, Sirius would "feel obligated to bend to the wisdom of the Wizangamot" or some similar tripe to play to their egos. The Committee can quietly reassure their factions that the Minister is cleverly getting the goblins to the table, but needs the Wizangamot to play a role in keeping that particular item off the table. People like feeling like they are part of a clever wink and nod move, especially nobility I would imagine. Purebloods on all sides would see it as a clever gambit. After all, the Minister merely promised the goblins he would push for consideration of including changing wand rights, so if the Wizangamot refused that particular point, the Minister kept his word, even if he was... unfortunately, unsuccessful. This would be seen as clever by the purebloods, whereas just stating to the committee outright that his promises to the goblins were lies damages his reputation, since if he so brazenly lied this time, would he do the same for any other deals? Laying a clever trap for the goblins is one thing. It's seen as part of noble politics. Crass lies on the other hand damage faith in any deals he might try to make in the future.

Well that was a waste. Fudge could have been useful if properly managed. He is a political animal that kept power for quite some time. Perhaps folding the man in amongst his undersecretaries to help manage political wheeling and dealing and public sentiments. After all, the man proved quite able to handle such things before. With careful management, those skills could be put to use. The man might not be a good head of governance in the future, but since he hasn't done any of those things, Fudge could have easily become Sirius's own animal. After all, after losing the election the man was likely expecting something like this, but if instead he was brought into the Minister's fold, it would give those who backed Fudge the notion that the Minister wasn't unreasonable. Keeping Fudfe around might have allowed Sirius to keep a closer eye on the traditionalists opinions if he couldn't flip Fudge to truly be in his own camp. Perhaps even feed them false information through Fudge for a while. And with Bagnold disgraced and neutered, Fudge has no backing anymore, which means his career no longer has a backer. He may never be Minister, but a place in the Minister's orbit is a good consolation prize, far better than anything he expected, making him easily flippable. After all, Fudge always paid heed to his backers, so if Sirius is the one with Fudges leash, Fudges talents would belong to him.

Prongslet is some of the worst sort of shitty fanon cringe trope crap I thought died out over ten years ago. Please by all that's holy don't revive it.

You did a good job overall, but some of the tension felt a bit contrived. I’m not understanding why Sirius would accept open ended obligations without any real enforcement mechanism. What’s stopping Sirius from ignoring the favor he owes? So long as he doesn’t do it to everyone he’s already achieved his goal. If the idea is that Isabella will lead a revolt amongst a key faction, you should write about that.

Wouldn't Phineas know about Andromeda? Why he didn't told Sirius?

Why would he need the courts, he could just go pick up harry, not much dumble could really do about it.

The "Black Hole" is exactly the kind of thing that real wizards in an HP-like world would do.

The DoM now knows about Voldemort's horcruxes. (And they would be shit at their jobs if they did not already strongly suspect such.) But now they just might end up wanting to kill Harry...

Tight, promising, and interesting start. Didn't even mind the dog-piling on Sirius. Everything else fit well.

That was some fast work by Moody.
