It'd be damn cool if Yuji's (confirmed to have relation to the heian era of Jujutsu and in likely possession of the soul of the sorcerer sukuna mentioned flying away with Uraume, albeit without the memories of his past life nor Jujutsu prowess) original soul was fused with the soul fragment in the last missing finger of Sukuna (Sukuna only ate 19 fingers, he compensates for the last one by eating the the remaining soul fragment within his corpse) effectively making him the last the finger. It'd also be cool as fuck to see Yuji (or the soul of the sorcerer) possessing some kind of technique similar to Mahito's idle transformation as his technique was shown to manifests on both of his arms and Mahito's technique allows him to shape souls with the touch of his palms, that'd add a whole lot more the "I'm You" back in Shibuya

I'd also like to know, does Yuji still have his scars from the battle against Mahito, if so why does no one questions it ? I mean it's possible for him to be able to get rid of the scars with how he literally removed sukuna's soul from megumi's body, that's gotta soul manipulation or something since if it's soul manipulation it theoretically can heal injuries that can't be RCT'd away

Chapter 2 as fantastic! Really dug the character interactions and how quickly we’re getting into the meat of the RWBY canon. Excited to see how everyone reacts to yuji being a demon by showing them what those hands do.

So predictably, Yuji took Jaune's spot on the roster. At least, within the main line-up, anyways. Doesn't mean he's still not there. Just, perhaps, somewhere in the background. Honestly, for the time being, I would sorta prefer this as opposed to forcing him down the gullet with everything else going on - especially with Yuji's own character arc, and those around him, progressing at the pace it currently is.
With that said though, it would be pretty interesting for Jaune to have his own story developing in the back. Not meeting RWBY or the rest of JNPR, that's a big deal for the guy. Even more so if he's still in Initiation, but on a different team entirely. Might turn out differently too, personality wise I mean. Regardless, I kinda hope he's included eventually. Just cause canon RWBY bungled a lot with character development doesn't mean the potential isn't there. Shaping it out is the joy of stories like this.
In any case, another good chapter. Looking forward to the next one!
Also: White Wolf? Yuji must be feeling himself with that title, considering I know of a few other White Wolves in other stories/fictional universes lol.

Yeah I completely agree with the way you're doing Yuji. He's a goofy fun loving Badass who is also a man forcibly on that "Suffering Builds Character" grindset. Yeah he's gonna have fun when he can, cause holy shit is being a sorcerer depressing - especially if the cursed spirits are strong and you're just a run of the mill sorcerer. I 100% agree with your charaterization of him. The way you write him is fucking great! Can't wait for the initiation chapter.

I love the Yuji and Nora's dynamic. You're really writing gold here. The casts' interaction with Yuji is premium fluff. I love that Yuji just goes with the flow, especially if its fun. Who would've thought that to be a King of Fun you should fight a teenage red head for it in a battle of hopscotch.
Oh, you're replacing Jaune. I dig it. Plus the interaction is better cause Goatji Itadori has better chemistry with the team.

Very good chapter, pacing is a bit slow but your character details and writing style is great, its not a slog when nothing is really happening outside of introductions, and your characterization may not be completely accurate, but they really feel like living characters.
