Vlad only needs to hit them to seriously injure or kill them.
He can lift more than 50 tons, his hitting and gripping strength must be immense.
Their reaction speed and reflexes are the same, so by the time Tucker and Sam try to pull the trigger of a gun, Vlad would have already ripped off their arms.
Maybe be imaginative and create an ecto-energy bubble inside Sam and Tucker's heads, causing them both to explode, or take the energy fired from the weapons and redirect it to attack them back.
although well I'm thinking of a scenario without comedy or rather totally gray where Vlad has no reason to contain himself

If it's over, Danny should have become more powerful enough to be able to resist the effects of the power suppression technology or recover from it more quickly.
The artifact that nullifies SkullTech's powers does not work on Dan because he is immensely powerful and Danny should have already gained a permanent energy boost to gain resistance to that type of technology.
That should make him able to fight Vlad no matter what power-up he has.
Additionally, Danny's emotions are more powerful than Vlad's.
His anger, hatred and fear have been important elements during the development of Danny's powers and it is shown that when he reaches his limit and breaks the result is a release of fury and epic brutality that would easily eclipse any of Vlad's negative emotions.
In that sense, Danny would have a much greater increase in energy from the dark side of the force.
That would make any force entity interested in him and seek to contact him, especially those who are from the dark side or part of the balance of the force.
let danny do the rambo thing or the predator thing
It is in a forest, there are rivers, there is mud, there are trees and other plants.
Let him hide, let him plan as a counterattack, let him have no mercy, let him cheat, let him play dirty.
That way you drive stakes into Vlad's eyes
If he has to bite, let him do it.
His survival is at stake so Danny must let his battle instincts unleash to ensure not only his victory but also survival.

I like him but I still think he should act secretly and remain a very mysterious being.
This is when I would use Isaki to give Danny advice.
I think Clockwork qualifies as a true Eldritch being from Lovecraftian horror. His current form is just an avatar that he creates to interact with other beings because he knows that if someone saw his real form they would go crazy.
Although I like the idea of modifying the portal, "seeing" other worlds would not be so easy or simple or even useful.
It is not just seeing, it is about studying them in depth and that is not easy at all because if the technology is very advanced, it will not be possible to understand it, even reverse engineering would take months if not years to help understand things.
magic and other powers would have the same problems
But as you mention, there would be high risks due to the irresponsible use of the portal to access other universes, although I do not believe that the multiverse will be destroyed or cease to exist.
clockowrk can easily reconstruct everything as he has already done (graphic novel and without any effort) or have contacted Danny before the whole thing happened so that he could stop Vlad
Furthermore, if Vlad's actions are so dangerous, Clockwork would have the permission (which he gives himself) to break his role as a neutral observer and eliminate Vlad himself.
or send someone like skulltech to fight vlad
maybe it's Dan himself and the situation is too serious
but good point clockwork knows that he must let certain events happen whether he wants it or not
So the half ghosts are interesting nexus points but I still think that having agents under their command would allow clockwork to eliminate threats and modify things to compensate for the elimination of those nexus points
No wonder he was told to keep his mouth and eyes closed, the sand on his face is annoying.
I would have preferred it all to happen before the Phantom Menace so Danny would help and maybe he would end up learning from Qui-Gon.
