also, i'm really glad that you decided to add more slice-of-life and empire building. I remember the interlude when common people interacted with Hammer's new world, that was great. The part where that one lady who was basically worshipping Hammer got a job at Hammer Industries just might be one of my favourite part of this story. I know, I'm weird. :D I love reading about how common people react to protagonist's growing influence in the world, the changes they cause, etc. Also, kingdom building, 'nuff said.

Ah yes, exactly the board flip I was hoping for. The proper pivot and knockout assault beginning in every direction. Sunil's work gutting all the problems that would have arisen from this while the battles are still happening was a stroke of genius. no matter what surfaces later, the timing of those purges, and the Hydra purges, happening so fast mean the blood will get associated and timed with the Iron Legion's compromise, and can be blamed on the Skrull as well. And that's if anyone both notices, and tries to be vocal about it. Doubtfull. And he has the Mandarin and Hydra as fall guys as well. And not just the Skrull and sentinels, but the threat of a galactically feared warlord apparently having been backing the Skrull. With Nail back in business the narrative WILL belong to Justin to shape.
Poor avengers, at some point it starts feeling overdone. I find it difficult to believe that Clint and Natasha can't recognize a losing fight like this. As spies, literally part of the skillset is knowing when to cut and run. This is a very different issue than canon with the Accords, where it was squabbling politicians and mundane politics they were grappling with. mundane law enforcement all they really had to worry about if they lost. I know they were hesitating on the latest run, but I don't think there'd be an Afengers after this. hell I'm not sure there is one now.
Yeah, after what was even by HER standards a damned good fight, she'd already be keyed up, but Hammer walking in like that would be like waving a juicy steak at a 3 day starved pitbull.
Sidenote, I can't for the life of me remember what happened to Banner/Hulk after Apocalypse. Did he die in that throw down? get smacked halfway across the continent and then get forgotten about? is he still rolling with Cap and co?

Justin and Hela…it strangely works. Loved the Tony and Jarvis bit. And here I though Hyrda would get a full chapter with their take down. It’s got to be an ego blow to be literally handled ‘offscreen’. Excellent work as always! Can’t wait for more!
