I'm halfway through this amazing first book. I can't help but wonder if you made all this up or if you are a highly educated Asian/Chinese AUTHOR and what you are describing in this book is actually mostly FACT. Personally, I'm as ignorant on Asian/Chinese culture as every other westerner on this planet.
It all seems so… so… elaborate a structure with many pitfalls for offenses to be taken without even trying. In any event it is quite the read, and IF mostly true, quite the education.
Very well written if your first language is not English.

Read this in A03 and it is one enjoyable tale that gives Harry a good escape from the manipulative old goat and a bright future with a good father figure. Excellent work!
