Since they have all broken trust with Harry why not go a little further & use a stupify? With Harry unconscious they could do that desperately needed diagnostic. Getting nutrition and healing potions would go a long way towards making him physically better. Heal, then start building trust.

His relatives are truely horrid. But at least he has the Weasley twins who know the truth of what he's going through. I suspect that things are going to get worse for Harry. Glad though that he was able to clear his mind for the first time.
