jrchandlerfan1, I do admit that Jason is still Sonny's lapdog, as evidenced by Sonny ordering Jason to warn Marco off, which he did in yesterday's or today's episode. However, there has been a little growth, at least in terms of Danny. Jason did push back against taking over the business, moved into the Quatermaine mansion, and admitted that he wasn't Sasha's baby's father because of Danny (although the writers seem to forget that he also has another son he should have told). His character hasn't been as unwatchable as in previous years, but it may be the result of there being way too many unwatchable characters on now IMO. For example, Drew, who is much more likeable in your story than on the show.

I never cared for Sarah, so I hope her moving back to PC won't hurt Elizabeth. I alos hated that Elizabeth's parents ignored her for most of her life.

I was never an Esme fan, but Ryan messed her up good. Perhaps things would have been different if he hadn't gotten to her first. Maxie is in for a rude awakening, I hope she gets some sense knocked into her. Spencer needs to chill too
