I'll start by saying you do paint a great story with your words. You should be proud of your work. There were a few little things that caught my attention. Most likely, they were due to typos. Easy to do. The word then shouldn't replace the word than. I know you know this. Typo.
The phrase " could care less" indicates that they really do care, even if it's a little bit. It should be "couldn't care less" to be effective.
The biggest of these was Stephanie. This Stephanie was incredibly selfish in some parts. So much so that I wanted to reach into the story and smack her into thinking properly. Her attitude of " my way or I throw a tantrum and create chaos for everyone else" should have had her booted from Rangeman. Instead, she's ruined a friendship or working relationship with Junior and Tank and any bystander that watched it happen. The trust would be gone.
Stephanie and crew have been on the scene for 31 years. I'd have thought she'd grown up beyond her 20s and learned a few things by now.

I expected a more explosive conclusion, Steph walking in with a baseball bat and knocking holes in the wall, not Ranger.. This one ends with her being the mature smart one. Maybe she can loosen Ranger’s myoptic view his background in dangerous. Ricky was indeed off the wall and more dangerous.

I did it! I finished this story.
I have to say that there were points where I didn't like Stephanie at all. I thought Tank would have been better off by dumping her back in her apartment and the consequences be damned.
Stephanie came across as super self orientated. She lacks communication and understanding. Her stubborn streak hampers her more than it helps.
There's a lot she needs to learn.
I congratulate you on getting the fanfic formulaic writing for stalkers down. I liked the individual creativity you threw in with Ranger being caught and beaten. It kept my interest.

I figured she'd track him down if he took off.
So glad she's healing from that horrific crash.
