This was a great chapter. But I feel Naruto should have more of an impact on the story. It kinda felt like he was too much on the sidelines. But overall great chapter.

your naruto ain't "narutoing". naruto would point out other people bs without hesitation. your naruto let the idiots verbally harassed aqualad before speaking up.
stop hesitating to make changes from the show because if you don't even change the events from the show what's the point of naruto being here? other than a background character?

Awesome story! I love how you had Naruto end up in Kent Nelson's care after his battle with Sasuke. I also love how you had Kent Nelson thought of Naruto as the grandson he never had. Having Naruto endorse and invest in Superbabes makes things pretty interesting. Will Naruto learn new techniques from the Elemental Nations instead of just relying on Kurama's power? Will Naruto's Nine-Tails Chakra Mode look like look like it did in Naruto: Shippūden #247, but have the ability to manifest a chakra avatar? These are just suggestions since this is your story and you can write it however you want.
Anyway, awesome story and keep up the great work!

You know, you could have Naruto use Hollow Purple or at least a variant similar to it. It wouldn’t be far fetched either because Hollow Purple is very similar to the Tailed Beast Bomb.
Hollow Purple is created by mixing positive cursed energy and negative cursed energy creating imaginary mass which results in a powerful attack. Tailed Beast Bombs are created by mixing an 8:2 ratio of positive black chakra (の黒チャクラ, purasu no kuro chakura) and negative white chakra.
It could be Naruto’s attempt at doing tailed beast bomb without Kurama’s help. It would be less powerful than the actual tailed beast bomb but would still be devastating in battle.

As much I don't want to complain I think I have to take about this issue, in the fight against gorila and his gang naruto don't do anything except helping sometimes. What's the point of naruto being there if he is not going to anything,you should improve on incorporating naruto in the scene, so that he would not be left out.

I could tell that you were busy, as the fight scenes were basically written like you watched the episode. Not entirely of course but it's clear you didn't think of how Naruto/Destiny would impact such scenes. The first one makes kinda sense but I would have loved to see him slinging spells or punching bad guys in conjunction to him using his chains at the end there. As for the mission that the Team went on, well the battle to save Captain Marvel had only one thing Destiny did and that was make a wall.
The character moments with Naruto are super cool and that little extra Hooter scene was an awesome and great set-up. I hope you do extra with it. My main problem this chapter is it seemed more like Destiny was basically just standing there with his thumb up his arse. Though I did like the fight scenes themselves I just wish you did more with Destiny like you did in earlier chapters.
Naruto is a wrench thrown into the cogs of the machinations of his enemies, and I hope to see more breaking down of the canon plot forcing the Light and other bad guys to adjust. I also hope for more fluff between Artemis and Naruto and later Zantanna

So he is now a criminal?
I mean technically all superheroes are hypocritical and criminals with their assaults, breaking and entering, and more.
But now he owns a brothel... yeah what makes him different from roulette who owns a fighting ring?
Both are victimless crimes that the workers/fighters willingly do?
