FFN has been a littlr wonky so i was just able to read Chapter 16 yesterday and let me tell you, it was everything I was hoping for.
Tony freaking out, Fury just casually dropping truth bombs, the thought processes as he realizes (in passing) that he would continue to upend his world to protect this kid, ugh, so good.
After reading it, I can honestly say I’ve listened to this chapter at least five times since.

I was wondering about how hard ass they were going to be on the Statute of Secrecy. If they're hardline, the buck stops with Tony. Pepper gets obliviated, and he's forbidden from reading in the rest of the Avengers. Which is stupid beyond the telling of it, but I never got the impression that The Magical World was some kind of brain trust, given the way they treated mundanes and magicals born of mundanes.
And, I half suspect that Thor would spend 10 minutes in the same room as Harry, and the jig would be up.

I’m sad that our boy couldn’t get his chance to come to terms with his feelings about Tony and eventually come clean on his own terms, but the chapter was still fun to read. Fury sure knows how to in-fury-ate people, eh? Eh? Dad joke fitting, eh? …Tough crowd.
