A perfect conclusion to this amazing depiction of love that stays and survives challenges and time. From Edward's earlier years of yearning and crushing, to both of them developing deeper feelings for each other in their own little world surrounded by music, it's so beautiful to witness their love flourish. That's why it's equally devastating to see it corrupted by the pressure of Edward's growing fame and manipulative leeches of the music industry. Seeing the contrast between them as young adults to them as adults in their early 40s was interesting and refreshing seeing as it's obvious how much those years have molded them to the people they are in the present. It's not hard to see how the same passion and fierce love they have for each other still lingers in their hearts.
I relate to Bella in a way that's why I can empathize with how she basically already has one foot outside of their relationship- waiting for that other shoe to drop and to feed her idea that one day Edward will stop loving her. Which ultimately became one of the reasons why their relationship suffered. Her acknowledging her unconscious ways of dealing with her relationship with Edward especially when things got tough and how it is significantly related to how things went down with Phil was refreshing to see as a psychology student. I'm glad she had years of reflections and people who support her to finally be the more mature person that she is. I adore how much Bella and Edward love each other- both in the past and the present. It's clear that— avoidant coping, doubts, and growing fame aside– one thing's for sure and it's that Edward and Bella's love for one another is the only thing that's real and constant. I love how the songs tell so much of their love and their story. An incredible outlet for expressing how one person can mean so much to you.
I absolutely enjoyed reading this and I don't think I can express fully and eloquently into words how much I love this. I am so happy they got their long awaited HEA and that have a family consisting of a dog and a daughter who is already showing to be as talented and beautiful as her parents! Love that they are out there composing and performing together again after so many years! Another outstanding story by one of the greatest twilight fanfic authors out there! Bravo!
