This is getting fun and interesting.
It would be funny if it were other series cosmic being such as:
Knull - Marvel Universe
Seraphim - Supreme Commander forged alliance RTS (one of the best RTS Games)
Chaos gods - Warhammer 40k
Reapers - Mass Effect
Celestials - Star Wars (would be fun if we had a Protoss vs Jedi fight lol)
For Halo universe i can't think of a mysterious cosmic entity that will match. It can't be the flood as that will go against the Lore.
The closest among these and has a the potential to replace UED is the Supreme commander series. Where United Earth Federation (UEF) exist. Replacing the obsolete United Earth Directorate, since the expedition failed on Koprulu sector thus making them loose the citizen support.

интересно как отреагируют все страны когда увидят starport особенно Mu(они будят шокированы такой технологией) and HME(starport в их глазах будет как Pal Chimera что очень их шокирует). также поятся в истории Thor and Odin, и что самое главное как насчёт того чтобы добавить в историю XANTHOS он будет действовать как флагман и его можно впервые показать на World Conference или в битве с Great Fleet Gra Valkas также его можно использовать в войне с Cryseilis особенно против их гигантского голема и и гигантского монстра дракона. также будет ли Idunn создавать свой морской fleet. и как насчёт чтобы Idunn спас Altaras Kingdom сразу же при первой атаке Parpaldia, а Jin начнёт встречаться с принцессой lumies and lilceide(так сказать пойдёт по стопам своего отца).
