The author's knowledge of physics is even worse, yes... But if the author couldn't do the first, why ask him about the second?
Firstly, a bow will never become a ninja weapon, not because it is large, noisy, etc., but because of structural limitations on its power. And no materials can overcome these limitations; a bow, like a crossbow, simply has a limit on the force with which it can launch an arrow. It also has a limit on the speed at which it can fire shots. Even modern guns have this limit.
Second, how can training somehow change people's personalities? It doesn't work that way. It just doesn't work that way. Sakumo was doomed to fail with this team from the start, simply because of MC, whose motives for behaviour are completely different from Uchiha's motives, which can actually be changed.
Third... I'm tired of listing them, but you're building a house on a very shaky foundation.
