Ch.9 felt a bit heavy to me, so I liked the light hearted opening with Hachiman's references. Speaking of, I really enjoyed those because they felt like references he would actually make, a thing I feel a lot of authors fall flat on. It's nice that Hachiman is going to stand up for what's left of his pride, and starting with him not actually standing up for himself is perfect, if he changes to quick it's like he's not even Hachiman.
