I find your story so far to be very interesting and entertaining. I love the fact how you're not one of the authors who just go straight into the s. E. X. You're building a relationship between Naruto and his girls. I also really enjoy you incorporating an Egyptian goddess! All in all you have a great potential in this story. And I am truly looking forward to reading more, keep up the good work please!

I must say I really enjoyed the story in this chapter. I haven't read many things like this before.
Unfortunately, there are some things that don't make sense to me personally. Why is Naruto the one reporting to the Hokage and making suggestions? Hana and Yaugo have a lot more experience.
For me the focus in this conversation is too focused on Naruto. After all, it's before the time skip and Naruto is only 13 years old.
I can understand why Naruto chooses Mebuki, but not why Naruto is so knowledgeable about the law or Sakura's behavior.
I must say I really enjoyed the story in this chapter. I haven't read many things like this before.

Really like the idea of forgotten gods, it also explains why he wants to have a harem.
However, there are still a few things that caught my attention. Naruto said to Kurenai "Three clans heir" Naruto wasn't supposed to know that he has a clan with Usumaki.
The fact that Naruto has just as much experience as Kurenai is also not true. Naruto and Kurenai can't be shinobi for the same length. He's just too young for that.

technically the easier path to stop such on that front is remove sakura from that team then ask inoichi to take a look through her mind cause there is no way that is normal for anyone to be that messed up in the head.
my guess is sakura has been put under a genjutsu mind control or someone planted a seal on her that is effecting her personality. that or this is turning into a cheap sakura bash fanfic.
