This is a great story so far. I expect that we might eventually learn how Linie got a piece of Emiya’s soul, it doesn’t seem to be the main focus so I won’t be disappointed if that’s just glossed over. I’m excited for the next chapter, awesome work.

i like the story but you have a tendency to repeat yourself multiple times using different phrasing and it gets kind of old. you told us she can manipulate her mana detection ability to deceive demons. cool. but you mention it at least once per chapter and honestly, i feel patronised - do you think we have underdeveloped brains or something? as long as you convey the information it's not up to you to remind us of it constantly, it's up to us to remember it. just...tone down the repetition, please.
also, a question. will linie eventually end up working with the hero's party? because the only reason canon linie wouldn't have done so is because she simply has no understanding of emotions, but this linie does. so will this linie eventually see the death of the demon king as something worthwhile and help out frieren and the group?
