I would not have guess fluttershy, I was thinking Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, but she wasn't a dragon faunus so I didn't know until the end.

Ever thought about adding Eda from Black Lagoon as an older sister or aunt? She works for the NSA in that world and is hilarious as well as a proficient gunwoman.

I thought this was only about Jaune's family or situations in relation to them, hence the name The Arc Clan. The Velvet and Cardin Looney Toon grandparents should be in the cuts of rwby story. It would have only made sense if one of Arc's family was also part of this or the grandparents recognized Jaune as an Arc, and dragged him into it.

...but who is DAFFY'S grandchild?
...there IS one, right? (it could even be a human, human and faunus have a high chance of ending up with another faunus but it is not 100%. Or if the parents are not both duck faunus the animal trait is fully random, so it could even be Blake...)
Daffy is a weird guy, because he is sometimes zannier than Bugs and others he is a greedy butt of the jokes. mostly more of the later later in his existence.
And then there is the Duck Dodgers series...
