I really enjoyed your story and thought you did a great job of keeping people in character! Ranger admitting feelings is hard to write and stay true to his attitude (since he basically never does it) so extra kudos for that. Loved it!

Like the way you bought in the head injury. People use concussions generally as a head injury disregarding the ongoing effects a concussion can have (in-law relation delisted from professional football due to too many concussions, not even into his 30’s and memory affected)
