Thank you for the chapter but i remember that if two Pokemon breed then th child should be his/her mother type. Gio's abra now has quadruple weakness for ghost and dark types. It should have stayed with psychic type.

He created simple system which there will be no more war or it would cost too much. The boogeyman for underworld, his rocket team are the darker of black, tasked to hunt down criminals and their mogul empire. No cost without sacrifices. No root without their mighty tree stand tall under sun. Thus his promise to the world. The world know his kindness, the enemies know his ruthlessly. Uvuv out!

Yeah no. Ignore the comment below me. He will better be team rocket leader. If he is not team rocket leader why the MC reincarnate as giovanni? just reincarnate as random ground specialists oc and it will be the same as trainer. Became team rocket leader with different goal. Expand power through destruction of other criminal teams. No doing illegal work but do game corners, gambling, battle station for casual tournament of trainers or even pokemon safari zone. At this time battle station and safari zone arent invented yet. Do that. Build business empire. Uvuv out!
