Yeeks, where did you learn to do suspense? You're too damn good at it. I am now hopping up and down trying to contain myself because I wanna know what happens next, blast it all!
And I'm thinking Link's a little more aware of what he's doing to Sheik than Sheik thinks he is. ;) They're so wary around each other... gah, they need to snuggle. Or whatever. ^.^

This is a wonderful story! I hadn't read any Zelda fanfic in years, and I do believe that yours has got me back into the fandom.
On the story itself, I absolutely adore how you write everything from Sheik's pov. I'm also really excited to see what ends up happening (and I really do hope something happens) between him and Link.

:O nu... I hope that you're going to ease my aching heart and tell me that's Link's hand. X3 Poor Sheikahs... I thought it was sad and a good touch, considering that people in real life can often be cruel enough to do such things. I am eagerly awaiting your next chapter.

Dude that so not cool. I don't like the people of this kingdom... not at all... But the plot thickens! Why are the Sheikah gathering. What's Brand's (that's my sisters last name o.0) issue? How will they get out of the city? Will Sheik have to walk around incognito? I just don't know!
I just have to say, as much as it's killing me, I love the building relationship between the two. Most fics seem to have the couple get together asap, but they way you write them, with moments that have the potential to become something more but don't or can't, is brilliant and refreshing. ... And terribly frustrating.

i can wanted to let you know, the posting of this chapter has made my day. exams had me depressed, and this really cheered me up. ^_^ you're writing is as exciting as ever, and i still can't stop once i start reading. i'm very excited to see where the story will go, i loved the tension of the sneaking around. but man...you left it on such a cliffhanger. ^_^ i'm dying to see what happens next, can't wait for the next chapter!

I miss your stylistic indentations, though.
