The shifts from English to Japanese and back again are really distracting. Nothing's wrong with an English-only fic, really.
Having only dialogue, with no real description of the scene, is a style that can work well; but it usually works best in small doses, I think. Adding to the monotony problem is that most lines are of the form '"Some dialogue," X said.' Break the pattern to spice up the fic.

Fiancée is feminine. You want fiancé. This isn't some lame, self-insert, author is more powerful than God story, is it? I REALLY tired of those. Two out of every three stories here tends to be some lame self-insert.
Please surprise me on the next chapter. I'll be mighty disappointed if it degenerates into another lousy SI.
