Okey, this was pretty good. I loved it. Hinata's stalling, her indecision to go fight him, her sneaky peeks to him, the way both of them ended up connecting their gazes through the distance with Byakugan, and their final confrontation. Everything was amazing! The best part is that you keep them so well in character that I actually see this a something that could happen in the series, if not on screes, certainly off it as a "fill the blank". It just shows of complex both of them are and how long they still have to go to mend their relationship. It was great.

Very interesting piece; great job on bringing these two cousins to some sort of understanding, the anime should have done more to bring them together.

It flowed wonderfully. Neji and Hinata's feelings were put out perfectly-I could really feel them.
The one thing that bothered me was the form in which you posted it in-I'm used to block paragraphs. But eh. ^_^

yay! i just loved the moment when their sight met! i almost could feel the tense! great job! and so what that they're practically like sibling! love is ...blind...O_o (it sounds strangely when im thinking about Hyugaas...but somehow ..its appropriate...)

This was lovely. The characterization of Neji was spot on, and I see Hinata becoming this way when she grows a little older. I loved the scene when they were both watching one another with their Byukagan! That was very creative, funny and touching all at once. Just like this entire fic. Beautiful!
