Sad-since all the others died, but truly beautiful. I love your characterization of Kikyo here. It really seems like it could be her.

I like this story a lot... Even though I read 'One Wish' first, I think I prefer 'Two Mikos' because of the strong character-focus you have. It's also very interesting to see Kagome and Kikyou starting to understand each other (I wish it would happen more in the anime). Without all the jealousy over Inuyasha in the way, they might almost be like sisters.

Oh...wow...short but sweet. I was all set for some major angst and I get this. Nice shocker!

I really liked seeing things from Kikyo's point of view...and the steady progress in Kagome's emotional recovery, from her initial numbness, rage, frustration, and despair to actually showing a glint of her previous humor. As always, great job! (And thank you for your review of my short-shorts...)

Very cool turning point for Kagome in this chapter! And I'm glad the inspiration is flowing again...

This is a very good, well written, interesting story. Kinda depressing though.

Wow-another chapter with a gut-punch. Poor Kagome-the further along we get in her training with Kikyo (and the inevitable showdown with Naraku), the clearer it becomes just *why* Kagome makes the wish she does.
Poor Shippou. And, as always, great job!

Oh the angst! Wow...I reread part of Chapter 3 and now four...this story just makes me want to cry. It is so angst filled, but wonderful. Keep up the wonderful work. You are doing a great job on this.

I love what you're doing with this! The interplay between Kagome's self-pity and Kikyo's awakening compassion and self-awareness is wonderful. (And what's that magenta-colored magic Kagome's not mentioning?) Very, very nice.

Wow. Kagome's hit the despair part of her grieving process, hasn't she? And the image of her being trained to fight by an opponent using Miroku's staff ::shivers::
Great work, as usual!

Keep up the good work

This is a really interesting story. Kikyou giving Kagome miko lessons is a cool idea. It is interesting too see there own poits of view of each other. Very Original. You have good writing skills.I am suprised that not many people have reveiwed this story because it is a good one. Keep up the great work!

Oh, man. This is so poignant and wonderfully written. In particular, the flashbacks to Miroku capture his "voice" so clearly.
All said, I'm mystified why this story isn't garnering more reviews. It's a terrific character study and setup to Kagome's wish in "One Wish." (And having just watched the tale of Kikyou and Inuyasha's star-crossed relationship in eps 147-148, I think you manage to capture the gap between Kikyo's inner feelings and her outward appearance really well. She's not as heartless or cold as she appears-like Inuyasha, she simply conceals her true heart behind a rather forbidding exterior.)
