Hey! How about rewriting it where Gandalf DOESN'T try to tell Saruman? Not sure if you are aware of it but there are forum threads asking what *What if* questions and it's quite interesting except from the spoil sports who poo poo on everybody's idea just to make them feel bad.

Okay...could you explain the point of this story to me? You pretty much just retold letter for letter LOTR's plot, effectively changing nothing. The same people died, the same people lived, and every single plot point happened in exactly the same order and with exactly the same outcome. Worse, in order to achieve this inexplicable state of sameness you radically underpowered all of the Harry Potter characters. You have a post Goblet of Fire(and current leader of the DA!) Harry Potter throwing around stunner's in pure spite of him inexplicably having no issues at all with killing left right and center. We know, for example, that canonically at this point he already knows both the Severing Charm and Reductor Curse. None of them every bother transfiguring things, despite that it would have been dead useful in a ton of diffrent places. Fred and George are both 7th years who are excellent duelists, and oh yeah, they can Apparate to at this point in cannon. In order to mindlessly maintain all the events of LOTR's you had to ratchet down all of their skill and competency so much that it's painful to read in places. And for what? You could have easily alterrf events without detracting from the story. Would it have been so bad for Harry & Ron's spellfire to have held the wall at Helm's deep? Gandalf could have rode to the rescue just as easily, keeping the integrity of overall events. Heck Haldir might even have lived! Or for another example...did you kill Boromir for no other reason than that was supposed to happen? After all you'd already set up Fred and George as competent fighters, there is no reasonable explanation for why it ended the exact same way as the LOTR's cannon given that. Were you that afraid to change things?
I read all the way to the end, hoping beyond hope that something significant would change, only to be wholly disappointed. Which is terribly sad, as you are actually a very solid writer on the technical front, which is all to rare for fanfiction.

Well done! This one of my fav HP/LOTR crossovers. You did a great job with keeping both mostly cannon, but still having the worlds or dimensions influencing each other. I loved reading this!

And Harry knever told Sam what a train was. :( I hate it when fanfics make promises that are never kept much like paid politicians. Man it would be great to be a politician and earn money by lying thru the teeth! :)

I doubt you will see this so I will leave this short and one review only. Since Harry is a Wizard also Gandalf should've had Harry come with him to see Saruman in order to find a way home since at that time Sorryman was a higher order Wizard and had Gandalf's deepest respect.
Heck learning about Harry's situation might even cause Sorryman (Saruman) second thoughts on joining with Mordor and instead focus on getting Harry and his friends together to go home.
Oh well. This world sucks in creativity it seems but at least you don't follow the movie too closely or it would be boring to read.

Hi, my name is Tereina Denny. Your story, in my opinion, is perfect! I especially loved the Fred, George, Pippin and Merry parts! They were hilarious! I also loved it when Ron beats Legolas and Gimli. Keep up the fantastic work!
