I don't have much in the way of constructive criticism for you; I just wanted to drop a note telling you that I really enjoyed this insight into Zongi. He never really was explored to my satisfaction in the series or in fics despite being a fascinating character concept. Thank you for adding to him in this enjoyable fic; this is a very worthwhile read.

it's always fun to find stories on the less celebrated charas of Esca. we don't think we've even seen one on about Z. you did a great job portraying his angst. the fact that u were using language often used to describe lovers before he takes his victim made that scene esp creepy.
our only critism has to do more with cannon than with anything technical. the story implies that Z must continue to take on victims in order to sustain his existence. if that is the case, we wonder what Folken would give on him to feed once he takes him under his wing (we doubt he'd let Z continue to nibble on him). also it would have been nice to have a little more on his life before he accidentally killed his brother. still, it was a good potrayal of an overlooked chara.

Wow. Ever since I first saw Zongi kill Migel, I've hated him. I still don't like him, but you've managed to make him into a real character, with real motives and emotions, for me, instead of just "Murderous Butt-Boy". Impressive. Good job!
