... This is actually better than some OC fics I've read, but there's just something about your character that irks me- just a little. Maybe it's the just the cannon lover in me... maybe. But, I'd do the Mary-Sue litmus test just in case:

... The whole Seto falling in love also made me a little uneasy.
Oh, and in Chapter 7, your paragraph needed some spacing out.
