A bit hard to follow i admit but once i got to the middle I understood it all, Basically during the second attack while Naruto was delirious, Sakura was the one who helped Sasuke get back at the leaf and take it over. She basically pledged herself to Sasuke again. Maybe she didnt help him into the the city. Anywho Sasuke doesn't need the title Hokage, and sakura being trained by Tsunade would be a likely candidate. Naruto's love for Konoha caused him to leave team seven because he couldn't be apart of the group who destroyed his village.
His attack wasnt against Konoha, but the remaining members of team seven because of their betrayal. He was victorious but poisioned and it took time to heal and all that good stuff. Nice story, Shukido-chan likes

Can you make Naruto kill Sakura and Sasuke? I like your idea but I think that even Sasuke couldn't come up with a plan to take over Konoha. Everyone would just kill Sakura and Sasuke would eventually be killed by Tsunade and Jaraiya and the rest of the ninja's. I doubt Sakura would turn evil even if she had a pathetic absession with Sasuke.
