Wicked awesome chapter! The detail was superbly elaborate and picturesque. I pity Maria with all my heart and I can't wait to see how her character progresses throughout the story.
And bah... Master Davey is one big fat arsehole, if you ask me. I hope he falls in a ditch.
and it is all right that it took you forever to update... just make sure to update sooner than you did before, savvy? lol

wow, i just discovered your story and i like it A LOT. I love all of your original characters. Very relatable. And the plot seems good too. I can't to see where this story is going. Great Job. and UPdate soon!

sorry, that was random. Um.
GREAT story!
Idea. Possibly a bad idea, but an idea. What if, well, I have been feeling kinda sorry for Thomas. I have gathered the fact that Ben and Red get together, but what happens to Tom? He will still be in the background of the story, and "Charlotte/Scarlett Hawkins" said something about "her poor sisters" so what if she does have two sisters, one who is sixteen and falls for Tom, and the other, who is 25 who gets A.)jack or B.)the ship on Red and Ben's honeymoon. Or C.)both. Just kinda thought that up whilst reading this chapter.
Also. You said that the next chapter would be herbocious or whatever, so what if it is called 'Lilac and Sage' Lilac being one sister, and Sage being the other?
Just so Tom gets a piece of the pie too.

I cannot wait to see where you take this. What is Will going to do? I hope in saving Ben his relationship with Thomas becomes stronger and after Ben is rescued by his dad he can see how much Will loves him.
