I've actually been reading this story for quite sometime, and I wish I could have reviewed the other chapters, but I'll just say this for all: I love it. 3 I love Hattie and her character and all those stuff that make her. I love Peter and how you really made him IC, so it fits perfectly well with this.

I love how their relationship is like, but I'm really anxious as to how it will work out as of now, especially since because of Hattie and her bitterness and how it affects them both, her being with Red, and their huge argument in this chapter was a huge BAM to it too. I really want to see what happens next. D:

Speaking of that- if it's one of the many things I hate, it would be cliffhangers. Huge and dramatic ones, especially. :))

Wow!

I know you haven't updated this story in a very long time, but i just thought i'd tell you that this is one of the best MaC stories i've ever read.

You really built up the characters well and it's just a really good story!

I'm sure you've probably given up on this story by now, but if you ever feel like updating then that would be incredible!

I'm new to fan ficiton and I happened upon your site. Having a major weakness for romance stories and loving the film "Master and Commander" I read this. I don't know if it comes from the movie (which I somehow doubt) or the actual books, but I love it. I will be reading more of your work as soon as I have time and am looking forward to the continuation of this story.

As for your writing style... it's wonderful. I love writing and can only hope to be as good as you. I don't know if fan fiction is supposed to immitate the original story's style or not, and I don't know the style of "Master and Commander," but I can tell you that you convey the time period perfectly in my mind with what seems to be little knowledge of it.

Once again, I admire your writing skills and your creations inspire me.

Wow! It took me forever to read it because I had to read the previous 9 chapters to reacquaint myself with the story...but WOW! This is like Taming of the Shrew! She is positively unbreakable.
