The flashbacks were my least favorite but this story does look pretty promising. I did laugh at certain points of the three chapters I've read so far. And, Natalie doesn't annoy me.

It's kinda like freaky Friday thing, only that it is more fun and scandelous, I mean Tea and Kaiba...WOT! Swapping bodies with a man that is undeniably sexy? Oh Gosh! "nosebleed and faints"
I read a manga like that, only it was a bit more extreme (like most mangas are anyway), back to the point:
