Ya know, I was wondering, several chapters back, Splinter said he'd never forgive Leo and Raph for what they did. That's gotta hurt. I mean, they were trying to protect their family. Like Raph, I wouldn't be surprised if Leo gave up, but in a different way...
Anywho, please update soon! I'm getting booted off the computer by my teacher!

WHOA! Interesting suggestion there from Raph. Not one I had been anticipating. Kinda drastic. but I guess in some situations, drastic is what is called for.
LOL kudos to Mikey for annoying Raphael. Have to do SOMETHING to pass the time. OH OH! I want a one shot of Mike trying to buy that comic on ebay! HIllarious. Poor April. Gets a credit card bill for $10 or more! Poor Mike. Trying to work off that. April/and or/Splinter will just take it outta his hide I'm guessin. :)

Ah and we get even more depth into Karai's life and personality. I wonder if the favoritism that was reported means she is favoring the Foot ninjas from the Japanese chapter. Another nice touch.

You know I continually appreciate how you include the big guy in this (Leatherhead) most times he is an overlooked and underused character. :)

You know I've learned over time to fear the OC whenever I see them in fics. A lot of time they turn to be Mary Sue's or Gary Stu's unfortunate but true. It's nice to see you keep the OC's to a minimum but when you DO include them they are interesting. You can feel as if they are a real person instead of some Mary Sue ditz that no one cares anything about.
You know I've learned over time to fear the OC whenever I see them in fics. A lot of time they turn to be Mary Sue's or Gary Stu's unfortunate but true. It's nice to see you keep the OC's to a minimum but when you DO include them they are interesting. You can feel as if they are a real person instead of some Mary Sue ditz that no one cares anything about.

~Dark turn here... Rats scarfing down on the hapless homeless. Well, at least Mikey found his buddy-lol! I love your Teflon Donatello. He can rest so smug on his intellect and on holding things together even as everyone around him loses it to one degree or another. But that *is* Don; just sort of rising above the angst and tripping along doing his Brainiac Thing...;o) Nice nice nice...

~Another wonderful chapter. I still kinda worry about Leo's rebellion against Splinter, but in light of where the 4Kids series has taken him, it really is consistent with that Leonardo. Don and Mikey's endless glee at Raph and Leo's reprimands/punisments are just wonderful. Then Splinter wondering if he is punishing the wrong two- I can *hear* Splinter's 4Kids voice pondering that-lol! Well, through most *all* of your work I can "hear" their voices. But the crowning moment was Don being abruptly send off for 30 flips after finally crossing the line.
Cyn, whoever said that you should be writing for 4Kids was absolutely correct. ;oD

~Oh, I'm reading this too fast again...must slow down and remember to review... ...This is just too much fun. I *love* your dialogue and how you have the guys intereact- especially the sparring scene. Your portrayal is still so completely right on. Just wonderful, juicy, turtle (and rat!) characterization.
