you are gifted! harry has more than just that vault right? i hope so. I don't like ron much, so could you do away with him? please? and don't make him all goody-goody it's discusting. I know pairings are a ways off but I like the idea of an aranged mariage between harry and blaize zabine(girl) or daphne greengrass.

hum... interesting, though i am surprised that harry would agree to go in slytherin, especially as it means he may loose hos friendship with ron (hermione's could still be arranged, but not ron's i think).

Good chapter. I like the intrigue and intelligence which Harry brings to his attempt to remake fate for himself. I wonder if he'll feel more disposed towards Slughorn and attend some more parties this time around when the old man comes back for Potions - although there *is* Dumbledore's warning about Slughorn's tendency to collect people like trophies. :)
Looking forward to Harry's trip back to Hogwarts. :)
