Pretty good. I guess Harry forgot about taxis and buses and trains. I suspect Petunia would have loaned him the money to get to London.

Not that your plot is bad but the general concept puts you into a corner where I doubt it's impossible to design a believable plot where Harry can win.

after all it wasn’t as if he had much of a chance to see the real thing.
Remus wouldn't get to see the light of a FULL moon on water, but that's only three nights a month (only one of which he transforms on, supposedly). There is an additional six nights or more when the moon would still be bright enough to reflect well off water.

In this chapter, you kept using 'then' when you wanted to be using 'than'. 'Then' indicates a time line: "this happened, and then that." 'Than' indicates a choice: "I'd rather have this, than that."
Interesting chapter, though.

“Great Merlin.” His younger soul whispered
Unless he picked the phrase up from older Harry, I wouldn't think so: not enough exposure to its use.
Millicent Bagnold was the Minister of Magic (1980-1990) when Sirius was sent to Azkaban without trial. http:/hp-lexicon . org
apparate him back to Privitt Drive.
Privet Drive. Privet is a type of bush that is commonly used in hedges: goes along with Magnolia Lane and the other streets in the Dursleys' neighborhood.

The underage magic laws wouldn't be applicable in any place where adult magic users would be known to frequent. It appears that while the MoM can tell that magic has been used, and even what spell it was, they have no way to tell who cast the spell. Death Eaters would be quickly rounded up, otherwise, and remember that Harry was blamed for the magic that Dobby used at the Dursleys. The law, therefore, is effectively aimed solely at Muggleborn witches and wizards, and those being raised amongst Muggles (including orphanages). If the demonstration had happened at the Dursleys it would have been valid, however.
There is an article at the Harry Potter Lexicon that goes into the subject in more depth.
BTW, unless older Harry is a ghost when he manifests the image, he would have to be using young Harry's mouth to talk to Remus, wouldn't he? I didn't mention it earlier because the talks between older and younger Harry could just as well have been taking place in Harry's mind, as is usually the case.

I know you've already made some corrections, but there is another that should be made. 'Soul control' is incorrect, 'soul' being similar in meaning to 'spirit'. 'Sole control' would be the proper phrase, 'sole' meaning 'singular', 'exclusive', or 'only'. A good online resource when you're not sure of the meaning of a word, or want to make sure you have it right, is http:/reference . com (remove spaces). It has a dictionary, thesaurus, and encyclopedia. I've found it quite useful while writing my own HP stories.
Might I suggest trying to find a good beta to correct other, similar errors?

Interesting story so far. I really enjoyed it so far - apart from some typos. Too bad it's not been updated for so long. I hope you're not abandoning it.
There's one thing I'm not - and will never be - buying though: Albud Dumbledore himself didn't know that Sirius hadn't gotten a trial? The man knows basically everything that's (officially) going on in the wizarding world and since he's the chief warlock of the wizengamot and what not he's bound to be involved into an important trial like that.

I offically do not like your cliffhangers! and shouldn't Remus be going werewof soon? this is not going to be good, not good at all, Graple might be able to help with the cup too, with Sirus in the mix as well, So is Harry an accidental one or what? At least Harry can chance a normal life if he can get the old Voldy dead sooner then before. You know, I kinda felt sorry for the Sorting Hat the first time around, but with you in charge, I think the poor thing is going to want to tear itself to little itty bits.

This is a rather interesting take on the whole Harry goes back in time thing. I look forward to seeing where you take this.
