This was a really good take on that scene. You captured Dooku's perspective spot-on. About the only thing that took away from the excellent writing was the couple of really big paragraphs near the middle. I'm not really used to that formatting.
I like how it wasn't just action or angst - there was a good balance of emotions and reasoning, as I would expect from Dooku.

I love how you fleshed out Dooku. I always wondered what drove Dooku to betraying the Jedi and what he was thinking when Anakin executed him.
