oh fuck, orochimaru-sama is one twisted bastard. poor poor sasuke-kun. you know what would be really fucked up is if orochimaru-sama somehow mailed or delivered the picture of sasuke-kun throwing up to itachi via an unlucky soon-to-be-dead-henchman. i'm really interested to read about the kabuto and kakashi encounter. i've been wondering where that guy's been. so, what's in orochimaru-sama's pendant? ...or do i want to know...? yes, i do. can't wait for updates!

I think Im a bit late in writing this review, am I not?

For a while, I checked for updates rather often, but I too got tons of work to do, getting close to christmas and all... and seeing how this chapter did turn out, lateness is forgiven XP

Psychological torture helps to make the best stories out there. The authors can go on a crusade to dig up every little twist in the characters minds that make them so fantastic to read, but to torment someone like that often requires that the torture is diffrent. Had this been a usual Naruto-story, and not an alternative reality, all you would've needed to do was breaking one of Sasukes legs and hands, in a way where they would be un-repairable. By then he wouldnt be able to continue as a ninja, and then he wouldnt be able to defeat Itachi, he'd be a cripple in a wheelchair, giving us a very nice amount of angst to enjoy.

But this story is diffrent, so the methods of torture would have to be diffrent as well. I love how you made Orochimaru describe his way of taming the boy, and even though cannibalism seems a bit far fetched in certain ways (and in some ways, not really, ever read Housin Engi? Your example of Sasuke eating a human without knowing it is actually almost precisely the same there, just with other characters... and a bit more evilness as the guy found out it had been his own son) as I find it hard to picture someone actually going through with it... but it works. You have made up your mind in how brutal you wish Orochimaru to be, and so, do not make him kinder or anything less in the later chapters.

What would bother me, is Itachis same behaviour. Give back an eye? He sounds more like a mob-boss then a police man. Is it really acceptable, what he does, even if he's one of the underworlds biggest fear? Do his superiors and co-workers really accept his course of action, his brutality (for it is certainly not normal)?

This might be a story full of crime lords, death and what-not, but you want this story still to exist in some kind of "normal" universe, am I correct? If so, then try to give Itachi a reason as to why he can act as he does - and get away with it. For we certainly dont want him to stop, do we? ;3

Aha ha ha ha. A-hem. Example of a flame up above. Har de har har. So, on to my own personal review:

...He ate human? He ATE a HUMAN? Parts of one? Well that is sick. But it is so wonderfully creepy! It suits this so well. Because you have the forced submission, and the wyrd Orochimaru bathing Sasuke while he was sleeping (though if I were in Sasuke's position I would not be complaining), and then you add in cannabalism. Golden.

Because you makr it disturbing and twisted and sick, but it's so good like that. It just...I don't really know how to explain. Um...it adds to this theme and whole freaky story. Normally I'd say 'All right, cannabils? Too far to be plausible." But you made it work, so you must be commended on that. Few people could pull that off, methinks.

This whole chapter was full of the Dark Stuff. Wow, Itachi is Merciless. One can only hope that Itachi doesn't blow his top off and go nutso. Though that would be fun to see, I'd fear for Kakashi's safety. And let's just say I do NOT envy Kabuto. But you've got to learn, you steal from an Uchiha, it will be the last thing you do.

Though I say, that for the ending of this story, Orochimaru kicks everybody's ass, and becomes Supreme and Unchallenged Ruler of the World, and then I can 'somehow' end up with him in his world and much fun will ensue. May I suggest red ruby slippers to make it possible? A ha. Really though, I despise OC's and Mary Sues. Death to them. So I'll settle for my schmexy Maru dominating the earth...and Sasuke. Rawr. LOVE

So great chapter, and I can't wait for the next one. Ta for now.

whoo what a chapter! I love Itachi! and Kakashi too "There's the homicidal maniac sitting by his side and the lovely brat they've got to rescue." I nearly died laughing at this one lol

*purr at the petting* It's really nice of you to have warn me about the Hannibalness but it doesn't distrube me lol

In fact I can cope with almost everything excepted rape.

I still really love this story! I'm just worry sick for Sasuke lol
