I might use Luna Lovegood for something like this. The Mischievous Air Headed Seer Luna Lovegood who would blurts out seemingly random information and merely Grin or Smile Dreamily to the person who's trying to Interrogate her. Which Severus Snape and Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore are too Afraid to even use Legilimency on her, yet understanding that she knows more than what she's saying and just glad she's a Seer, thus, she can't give away information willy nilly.

Booksie is confused. She started reading this late last night, and thinks this took place after Fourth Year, which was when the rider moved into Grimmauld Place. However Sirius has not made an appearance. Perhaps he caused everyone to forget he is there (or has a very good notice-me-not charm) and he is pranking the Order. And maybe spending time as a lovable stray?
