Wow, really riveting world building! Not sure your verb choice really captured the "essence" of Doug's passion. Instead of 'removed', try "tore off with an inhuman quickness awakened by a feeling deep in his gut: a nameless feeling that reminded him of dry summers and of sweat mingled with blood. That fire raged beneath his skin as his cock stiffened. To Doug, it was beautiful even as it consumed him." Just a tip for the future, but it's a great start. Look forward to reading more from you!

You don't serve that much time in juvenile hall for rape. His record would be swept clean when he turns 18 since the crime was when he was a minor.
Unless the law charged him as an adult. He would not be in Juvenile hall, he would be in prison.
I think you need to learn more about the law system, it feels to me by reading this story you are young and still learning.

I like this story it's hilarious and I may not be a 90's kid but this is funny hell you should write more Doug fan fics just like this one but a little different like skeeter gets a girlfriend and something happened oh oh oh or roger and Judy.

The show Doug sucked. I remember when it first premiered with Ren and Stimpy and Rugrats. Doug didn't last but damn this story is good and too bad they didn't make it into a real episode.
