Very nice ending to a very good story. Hope that once you're done with your exams you start work on a sequel. Would deffinatly enjoy reading it, should it be anything like this one was. Also glad to see the questions that I had were answered. Well...all except for one, I think. As it was the main conflict for much of the story, I just want to know what exactly happened to the renegades that attacked dragon. Maybe that should be in a sequel. Or maybe I just missed it.
Thanks for the wounderful story. If Anne McCaffrey ever reads it, I'm certain she would enjoy it.

I loved this tale, t-d. I truely did. It's one of those little snippets of Weyr life that Anne herself would write had she thought of it or had room for it.
Action, suspense, romance, and a very generous dose of humor thrown in. I loved the characterizations of the Dragons and the people in the Weyr. You brought them to life in my mind and I thank you very much for a very enjoyable read in one of my multitued of fandoms that I read on a regular basis.
Good luck with your exams. Having just started back to an accelerated school in April. I have finals coming in three weeks. I'm still getting accustomed to the work load so my writing was put on hold until the break between semesters.
Very enjoyable and since you are most definitely on my Author Alerts, anytime you write a tale; I'll be there to read it. Exceptional tale that rivals Anne's own. Enjoyable, delightful, and every other very descriptive adjective to got with it.

I loved this story! Lystar's, self-doubt was very well portryed which enabled me to feel for her. I like the dragon bonds alot, very clearly emphasised between K'beth/Rosith and Lystar/Cal.
Bessa's ending was a bit of a shock, but it couldn't have worked out another way, she's almost a hero.
K'beth and Lystar make a very sweet couple and i'm so glad that Lystars found something that she's happy doing
Thanks for writting, i'm well and truely hooked. Bring on the sequel!

I enjoyed this chapter, as well as all the other previously. As it apprears that you're starting to wrap up, I guess there are still a few questions I want to see answered: will K'beth's dragon and Cal mate? Do the Weyrleaders find out about Lystar's eye? Will she become a proud rider?
Whatever you decide to do, this was a very good story. Hope that you update soon with another chapter just as good as this one was.

Wow. This chapter is very intense. I love how you pulled everything together with Bessa giving the flamethrowers to the bandits. But I wanted to know a little more about why exactly the bandits want to harm dragons?
