This is extremely amusing! My only complaint is that the lack of description of characters makes it a little hard to follow and select who's who, but as a whole, I am immensely enjoying this!

Crikey, this is good.
I read IWBF, and it was enthusiastic and fun, if sloppy, but I didn't realize you could do tragedies as well as comedies. I love the transition, and I love that you don't feel the need to be completely literal with all the names (Ed and Addie, although I think Neill is a cutest switchover in the story...very clever) or the action. Ben and James have a much better connection than Jacob and Robin - they feel more human to me (maybe because they ARE, Thess...dur) and the tension is a at a super-wonderful frizzle level. Hurrah.
Entertaining as I find Robin (that's very), I really like the fact that this one is about real people - it's a bit more interesting. Looking forward to more.

I hadn't really ever thought of Iago's motives involving wanting to get into Othello's pants... but somehow, it's now starting to make sense...

Maybe this would make more sense if I read Othello. I might just sparknote it so that I know what you're talking about. Question: Is Neil gay/bi too? I feel stupid, I didn't realize that Ed was a girl till this chapter. At least now I know why I was so confused in the beginning...anywho, can't wait for more. Keep up the great work and update soon!

Well, I gues it really doesn't count because I didn't ever finish reading If We Be Friends, but seriously, I don't think anyone is going to hold you accountable for your continuity errors- especially with a chapter this awesome! Yay James and Ben action! This last scene was brilliant! I love your use of 'miss me, miss me, now you gotta kiss me.' Anyway, I know I'm not expressing myself very well, but I really loved this chapter, and your story and the entire world that you've created. They're wonderfull. Just one question: what is a 'spell'? I can sort of guess what a 'form' is, but overall the school system has been a little confusing for me. I'm sorry, I'm so dense, and it doesn't really detract from the story, but I do have to admit that I'm a little curious. Update sometime soon!

I find it vaguely unnerving that you are currently writing humour and I am currently writing something that people say is making them sad. This is unusual and strange.
Um... so yeah. I like it. The characters are amusing. Well... it's all amusing. And the characters are too, and have you noticed that I'm terrible at commenting on things by people I actually know? Because I totally am.
