The way you described Harry’s martial arts teacher, he sounds like he teaches a Chinese martial art like tai chi. In that case Harry would not use a Japanese katana but a Chinese long sword called a jian (Like the sword in the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon movie).

I'm SOOOOOOO tired of Manipulative!Dumbledore stories. C'mon, there was no hint in cannon that he was like that. Goodbye, otherwise-interesting story! Sorry, but I just can't have that much hate on a character, especially one as good as Albus.
