It now dawns on me that both Remus and Sirius are at least part canine. And they both don't have any real experience with children or how to take care of them.
Their overreactions remind me quite a lot of some videos I've seen of large dogs trying their best to take care of kittens despite having no idea what's going on.

This screen needs an extra warning especially on certain chapters where rather most chapters because I know it is labeled as humor but it doesn't warn you that it is literally laugh out loud hilarious in parts. this was a problem for me personally because I am a day sleeper and everyone else in the house is a night sleeper and I am fairly certain I woke up at least one person at least one time but possibly multiple on both accounts because I was laughing so hard and so loud at certain parts of your story. Anyway well done!

Sorry, another question, why does Harry keep getting extra time added onto his grounding after he already made the deal about no extra time? Was that only for first year? I mean I thought his godfather found a way around that by giving him an earlier bedtime in addition to the crowning since they're not the same or I thought maybe he'd give him different punishments if he was going to do it at all but he keeps getting extra grounding time which is confusing to me.

I know this is already complete and I'm not pointing out anything that was inconsistent in the story or anything like that and I love it so far by the way anyway. I do have a question, and that is why is Remus drinking 5 million calming draughts, or at least I'm assuming that's what he was drinking Sirius is also getting super worked up and not drinking any of them?
