Marcy, this is... this is... just beautiful. the first chapter just made me think more of the consequences if Edward had successfully gotten himself killed. It just made me think much more of the Cullens as a real family.
The second chapter made me sympathise with Billy. It made me understand Billy so much more. So Thank you! You've made a fantastic job!

This is wonderfully written, even though its somewhat depressing. I love Jake so much and then to read about what his family has gone through... *sighs* In the story, you only hear about Bella's troubles, but reading this really puts a whole new perspective on things. And now I've made myself sad... I need to listen to some uplifting Hanson songs... :D

I really like the way you wrote this. Everyone seems so in character, and we got to see a side of Billy we don't normally witness. It was wonderfully written.

I love this piece! The whole theme of time is wonderfully woven into the story and so very true, time means nothing to a vampire. So beautifully done. I love hearing things from minor character's pov's. Wonderful job!
