The story is quite amusing, but what really stands out is your syntax and diction. Your word choice and organization thereof creates an original, impressive, and entertaining writing style, and this chapter really shows that.

I think you got her character well. Thsamurai mentioned to me once that her character is quite flexible, but you seemed to get the main idea. Stubborn, hard working, but caring at the same time. She does try to stay clam, and not lose her temper.
So, Terra is now in the mix. Could be interesting.

Nice! You were right, I did like Elm's introduction. Its also strange to see Moira in the mix. She's been gone for so long that it almost seems weird, that coupled with the fact that they're all allies right now. You've definatley got the tension between Shandrey and Regan down pat. I can't wait to read more about how the rest of them deal with him.
And yes I would like to hear about this villian you had in mind. The more villians the better, I always say! XD

O, me like... I don't really know that much about Reynard, but this chapter gave me a little bit of information on this character. I hope for more. Still wonderinf when my character comes in.

I liked that short bit. I would've liked to have done more with Reynard but there were too many characters. I was very pleased with how you expanded on the chapter. Nice job. I'm interested to see how you'll introduce my character. Laters!

Uh oh. That doesn't sound good. That should be one FUN mess to clean up. A worldwide strike of vampires. Not fun sounding at all.
I really loved the description. It made me cringe in my chair. I really got the feeling that it was not a place I wanted to be. It was great!

This is going to be more than great. I love reading these different points of view on the same story. In ten years Elm could have done alot of things that wasn't covered in KotD. Keep going, like Tsukikage you've got me hooked. Update Soon!
