As Harry develops his newly discovered skill in focusing/protecting his mind through occlumency, I'm rather looking forward to whatever abilities he might develop through it!
The possibility of wandless magic aside, I imagine being able to retain knowledge and learned skills will prove invaluable for dealing with all those pesky exams!

This is the best time travel mechanic ever. Not only are you using a feasible canon mechanic, but you have him to back to the time with the most situational irony.
I couldn't help but smile.
And I loved Dumbledore's reactions to Harry's idea, along with the initial misunderstanding. Not an overreaction (those are tired and boring), but something that gives insight into Dumbledore's fears. It's necessary, as Dumbledore (along with Snape) is one of the characters with the most wide range of differences in fanfiction.

Strong start! Harry is great in the beginning, story starts to lose me around remus' arrival at Hogwarts. It has enjoyable moments after but its just not as believable after, especially with all the RoR stuff the trio's up to.
