Wow, a crossover where people are actually IN CHARACTER? I'm amazed! =D It seems like you're putting quite a bit of effort into this story. ^^ Good job! As for Ukitake, perhaps you can have Naruto meet him through Hitsugaya, since he interacts well with Ukitake. Hope to see more Kenpachi being his awesome self!
One question, are you only leaving this with Bleach, or are you going to show more of the Naruto characters and their reactions to what's going on? It might add more depth to the story if you ever feel a writers block coming along. =D

Nice story, very unique with the binding with Nanao.
It will be kinda hard to make the zanpakuto different to Aizens, there's not that much information on how it works except that he needs to do the shikai infront of them and only then can he put them under a illusion. You could have it only work on some senses at the time, maybe small localised illusions instead of Aizens large and far more complex ones. You could have it work like genjutsu, henge etc.

the brawl between naruto and zaraki was very realistic i also think you should have naruto become the fukutaichou for the 13th division but first he need to join the 11th to train with zaraki and i think you should have him get the eyepatch after his reiatsu yes that is what you call it not reishi after begins to grow to zaraki's level

Great start this is definetly a different way of writting a Bleach/Naruto crossover. Through telling how they got some where from both their prespectoves gets really annoying, so try to not do that so much. But other than that great job I like it so far I cant wait to see what happens next please update soon.

Very nice! I like how you've got solid background information, it's not just a bunch of fluff mushed together in story-form. Naruto and Bleach are my favorite anime, so it's really cool to see them in a crossover.♥ Can't wait for the next chapter. :]

this was a good chapter i think you should have naruto eitheir go to the 11th division to master his huge REIATSU against kenpachithen when he unlocks his shikkai you can have him go to the 13th division to take the vice-captain position as for how he fight i think you should have him fight like ikkaku does you know zanpakuto in one hand sheath in the other i would think of a shikai but i am still having a hard time thinking of one for naruto in my both of my naruo bleach ones. also since naruto has hollow REIATSU in him is he going to be a vaizard? and if he does dont give him a fox mask give him something different and i think he should master his inner hollow much much faster than ichigo did since he deald with the kyuubi so long

this looks pretty cooll i hope you have naruto go to the shinigami academy then do a time skip where he is 20 or something human years old or 200 shinigami years and have him become the new vice captain for the 13th divisionthat is after you have naruto and nanao get 'untangled'
