You put an AN in the middle of a story. Unbelievable. Don't.
That aside, you have some major grammar issues. Spelling, punctuation, run-on sentences, abbreviations...all of these need to be corrected. You need to fix these. Otherwise, it's impossible to see past the errors and get onto the story.
You also need to stop with fixed, by-the-hour timeline. It's really distracting.
