It has been six years since the last update. And it took me a couple of days to get through all thirteen Chapters.
As for Dumbledore that old need to to be honest and straightforward and not lie manipulate people. Because of his actions affect others. Plus people need all known information to make a well-informed decision and be able to figure out how they are going to accomplish a task or whether or not they want to take it.
To many die for the lack of knowledge. And that goes for getting hurt too.
